Bunde, Olson, Dyson, Thomas, Wagoner, Elton, Menard, Meyer,                                                                     
Huggins, Stevens, Hoffman, Stedman,                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          Opposing a rule proposed by the Transportation                                                                        
          Security Administration that would require certain                                                                    
          security measures under a Large Aircraft Security                                                                     
          Program for general aviation and commercial aircraft                                                                  
          with a gross take-off weight of 12,500 pounds or

Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent to take up the                                                                  
resolution at this time. Without objection, SENATE RESOLUTION

The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 6 Opposing                                                                     
a rule proposed by the Transportation Security Administration that
